Chibi Café Rules and Policy

Uniform Guidelines

Maid outfits can be of any color but preferably black and white!
No heels over 2″, closed toed shoes only. MUST wear shoes. You will be doing a lot of walking, so wear something that makes you comfortable!
Hair may be any color, and preferably neatly styled if not wearing a wig.
Wigs and maid cosplays of canon characters are permitted (i.e. maid outfit Y’shtola from Final Fantasy XIV.)
Servers can choose whether they want to be a maid or butler, regardless of gender identity
Maid outfits must follow convention decency guidelines
Outfits must be approved beforehand by cafe coordinator

Please be respectful towards others regardless of race, orientation, religion, size, etc.
Do not touch others without permission
No disruptive behavior, e.g. yelling, cursing, rude and offensive remarks etc.
Must attend training session/maid cafe practice the day before the con, aka Friday May 9th at 3pm! Training will be held in the designated cafe space. (please let maid cafe coordinator, Gabby, know if you absolutely cannot make this.)
You will have a nametag for customers to address you by. This does NOT have to be your own name, in fact, stage names are encouraged. This name can be anything, even the names of fictional characters! We simply ask that the name is appropriate!
You will be required to work at least 1 session and set-up or breakdown!
